V for Vendetta

Everyone should have seen V for Vendetta now. Ie with the times ... I try to talk some politics, because the trolls smell it miles away, but this movie deserves it. (Perhaps this blog post cost me).

But first things that concerns us: V for Vendetta.

In the very near future, England is under the oppression of a totalitarian government. The journalist Evey Hammond V knows when this will save a few policemen who tried to rape in an alley. V is a hero with a mask of Guy Fawkes (a revolutionary who tried to blow up the parliament in London to end religious persecution and kill King James I) that aims to end the dictatorship.

Through Inspector Eric Finch, reveals the darkness that surrounds the character of V and background, while you discover history that led to Britain the ultra-fascist dictatorship and the party that uses fear of terrorist attacks to gain power.

A government that violates their own country for provoking fear in the citizens, accumulating power granted them citizenship in exchange for "security."
